Replacement Wheels for Luggage

If your luggage has a broken wheel, you may feel tempted to throw it away. But, in most cases, replacing luggage wheels is quick and easy. As long as you know your luggage's brand and wheel type, any amateur repairman can replace a wheel. Instead of purchasing new luggage, try installing a replacement wheel for a simple, budget-friendly fix!

Damaged luggage is a worst-case situation, yet unfortunate travelers are occasionally faced with this scenario upon arrival. There are several reasons why a suitcase may run into trouble, it is most likely to happen during the loading and unloading procedure. The wheels are the part of the luggage that is most prone to damage.

As the design of the wheel, 2-wheel, 4-wheel, or spinner wheel, luggage wheels have to stick out from the rest of the bag to function – which makes them vulnerable to being knocked off, loosened, or bent, during transport. The wheels will also wear down after long-term use. Therefore, normally, when just need to replace the wheel, other parts are still workable.

For handling such situations, many brands now have warranty policies for their customers. Therefore, they are looking for types of wheels that can easily be replaced if it is damaged.

Fortunately, Trimmers' design for replacing wheels on most luggage is straightforward and only requires a few common tools that you likely already have in your toolbox.

We also sell spare parts kits for our customers who are using our products. This way, they can easily replace any damaged parts and keep their luggage in good condition.

1. For products using axles and nuts, we can replace them with a hexagonal tool and spanner.

2. For the wheel using punching rivet, we can replace it by using a screwdriver to take out the outer and inner parts and replace the whole order part as in the below picture.
